After discovering the idea of A Complaint Free World, I found Christine Kane. She chooses a word each year to help her focus her intentions. I'm sure there is way more to learn about this idea, but I'm going to discover it as the year progresses. I looked for a positive spin on being complaint free and decided on Gratitude.
I have already discovered that it is hard not to complain! I can't be whiney about having to go back to school tomorrow if I'm going to commit to being complaint free. So what is there left to talk about today? Wow!
