I'm searching this week for the good in teaching. I'm looking for positive feedback on all the hard work teachers do.

This is what Houston ISD wants to do: As reported in the Houston Chronicle

           The Houston school board will vote Thursday on a   controversial plan to evaluate teachers — and possibly fire them — based partly on their students' test scores.

This is a test that happens one or 2 days out of a whole year!
