Many Durham students came to school tonight to meet their new teachers and get their supply lists for Monday. Actually, they came for a free ice cream, face painting and balloon animals from Sweetie!

It was so much fun to see all the kids tonight. My incoming 3rd graders were my last group of 1st graders. It was great to have the parents and their kids so happy to have me as their teacher again. I got to see all kinds of kids from other years, too. Everyone seemed to be having a great time!
